1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the website of The Community Resilience Empowerment (CRE) Centre (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations in the United Kingdom. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Site.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on the CRE Centre website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials;
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose;
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Site;
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.

Any claim relating to the CRE Centre's website shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

As a Community Interest Company (CIC) registered in the UK, we operate for the benefit of the community and are subject to the regulations set forth by the Office of the Regulator of Community Interest Companies.
